The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coholic is looking to clinch but Arcine is avoiding it.
Arcine looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Coholic shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Arcine moves into the clinch.
Coholic is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Arcine to keep the fight standing.
Arcine is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Coholic is defending well.
Coholic tries to break free but Arcine pushes him back against the cage.

Arcine breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Arcine avoids the head kick by Coholic.
Coholic shoots in for a takedown but Arcine shows good takedown defense.

Coholic fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Arcine, pushing him back against the cage.

Coholic lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Coholic jumps guard but Arcine stands there with Coholic around his waist. Coholic gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Coholic is trying to pull guard but Arcine turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Coholic throws a knee to the head but misses.
Coholic tries to land knees in the clinch but Arcine avoids the damage to the body.

Arcine has picked Coholic up - he's going for a ride! Arcine dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

Coholic wants to control but Arcine is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Coholic is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

That was a close round but I would say that Al Coholic will probably get the nod.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Coholic lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Arcine keeps the fight on the outside.
Coholic shoots in but no luck this time.
Coholic shoots in looking for a takedown. Arcine tries to sprawl out of it but Coholic keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Arcine manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
