Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doctor Gonzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hakeem Jabbar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gonzo comes into the arena with White Rabbit blaring out of the sound system. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Paul Tew and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzo bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Jabbar's head.
Gonzo connects with a body shot.
Gonzo scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Gonzo shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Jabbar's guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gonzo trying to control but Jabbar is working from the bottom.
Gonzo throwing strikes but missing.
Gonzo stands up over Jabbar, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Jabbar is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Gonzo postures up in Jabbar's guard and throws a big left but Jabbar blocks it.
Gonzo is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jabbar working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Gonzo.
Jabbar utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Gonzo throws a big right hand that misses.
Gonzo slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Gonzo advances to half guard.
Gonzo throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Gonzo drops an elbow to the side of Jabbar's head.
Gonzo takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Jabbar is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Gonzo sitting in half guard here. He lands a big elbow that has hurt Jabbar! Oh, Jabbar is in big trouble! Gonzo lands more strikes and the ref dives in to save him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Doctor Gonzo!
