The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Dan Young has been cut.
Young goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
Tyson throws a lazy uppercut
and Young counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Young fails in his attempt to clinch.
Young lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Tyson circles away quickly and effectively.
A big left from Tyson misses.
Young keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Tyson.
Tyson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Young.
Tyson cracks Young with a right hand to the side of the head.

Young takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Tyson scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

Young looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Young throws a head kick but Tyson moves out of range.

and Tyson counters with a three punch combo that has Young backing up. Young nods at Tyson to acknowledge the strikes.
Young will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Young looks to land a left hand but Tyson moved out of range nicely.
Dan Young seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Tyson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Young throws a right hand that Tyson ducks under and follows up with a left that Tyson also avoids with ease.

Tyson is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Young throws a jab but it's blocked by Tyson.

Young uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Tyson.

Young tries to close the distance and clinch but Tyson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
A jab from Tyson misses.
A head kick misses from Young.
Young throws a head kick that half lands.
Young scores with a jab to the jaw.
Young throws a sloppy head kick and Tyson moves out of range easily.
Tyson throws the left hand but Young avoids the punch easily.
Tyson slips a jab and a cross from Young.
Tyson throws a big shot that misses.
Young takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Tyson blocks a head kick by Young.
Tyson swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tyson's corner calls for a 1-2. Tyson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Tyson keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Tyson throws a good cross that connects.
Young with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tyson to score with a decent uppercut.
Young is still on wobbly legs! Can Tyson finish him?
A left lands for Young.

Tyson slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Young lands a nice looking body shot.
Young throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Tyson sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Young seems to have recovered his senses.

Tyson drops Young with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Young looks back up at him and smiles so Tyson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
This has been an exciting period of action!
and Tyson counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Young! He's just covering up as Tyson starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
