The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benke chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Mode Benke seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice takedown defense from Benke. No joy for Lens on that attempt.
A chopping leg kick lands by Benke.
Benke explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Benke. Lens shrugs it off though.
Lens misses with a takedown attempt - Benke sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Benke is looking to slow Lens down with leg kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Benke lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

A nice inside leg kick there by Benke. That's going to slow Lens down.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Lens crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Benke - the referee stops the clock and Lens gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Benke. Lens manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Benke lands a big head kick that sends Lens tumbling to the mat! Benke takes a step backwards and waves Lens back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Aleksander Lens has been cut.
Benke fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.

Good leg kick by Benke there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lens chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Benke can pounce on him.
Benke feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lens's calf.
Mode Benke is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Benke lands a jab to Lens's midsection.

Benke throws a nice outside leg kick.
Benke dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lens. That did some damage!
Benke lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Lens takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Benke throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lens stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Benke lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Lens at a distance.

Benke is looking to wear down Lens with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Benke connects with a leg kick. Lens looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Benke throws a leg kick which misses Lens's front leg but catches the back leg as Lens tries to avoid it.
Benke dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Lens ducks into an uppercut from Benke and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
