The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gustafsson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gustafsson looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Gustafsson fails with a takedown attempt.
Gustafsson moves out of range as Sin strikes.
Andreas Gustafsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sin lands with a nice combination. Gustafsson backs away looking to recover.
Gustafsson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Sin finds it's way round the side to connect with Gustafsson's head.

Nice takedown defense from Sin. No joy for Gustafsson on that attempt.

Sin bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Gustafsson's head.

Sin uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.

Gustafsson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Sin.
Gustafsson drops his hands momentarily and Sin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Sin dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Gustafsson wants to clinch.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Gustafsson.

Lee Sin dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Sin stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gustafsson. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
A left lands for Sin.
Gustafsson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Lee Sin seems to be getting the better of the standup.

and Sin counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Sin might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Gustafsson counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sin feints a jab promting Gustafsson to slip. Sin then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Gustafsson slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Gustafsson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sin swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Well Sin has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
