Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guy Lover (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hoppla Polle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lover tries to clinch but Polle moves out of range.
Lover doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Polle misses with a hook to the body
and Lover counters with a thumping low kick.
Polle takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Lover feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Polle's calf.
Lover fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Polle has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Polle lands with an uppercut that bounces Lover off the cage and back into range.
Polle looks to land a left hand but Lover moved out of range nicely.
Good leg kick by Lover there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Lover tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Polle paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Polle takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Lover, as that shot connected.
Lover comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Lover fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Polle.

Polle moves forwards but Lover connects with a nice, crisp jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lover breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The fighters circling - Lover throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

Polle swings for the body but Lover moves out of range.
Lover checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.

Polle on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Lover dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Polle. That did some damage!
Polle's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Polle takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Polle tries to move into range but Lover moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

and Lover counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

Lover darts in and clinches Polle up against the cage.
Lover throws an elbow but it misses.
A head punch on the inside from Lover fails to land.

Lover creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Lover lands on the inside with an uppercut.
Lover throws a punch but it's blocked by Polle.
Lover pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Polle trying to control the position but instead, Lover has worked for underhooks and has pushed Polle into the cage.
Lover lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

A decent looking cross lands there for Lover.
Lover walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Polle has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Lover.
Lover has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Polle finds it's way round the side to connect with Lover's head.

The fighters circle momentarily. Lover darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
