The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circling - Spar throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Barnes tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Barnes lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Spar at a distance.
Barnes digs a good hook to Spar's body.
Spar takes a body punch but keeps moving.
A shot to the liver by Barnes. Beautiful body shot.
Barnes connects with a body shot that sends Spar's belly button to the back.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Barnes fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Spar has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Barnes wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Barnes lands a brutal head kick. Spar looks out on his feet and Barnes throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
