Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Miles Steedman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Eliah Brenner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steedman's entrance music is Last Man Standing. A fine choice. Brenner has chosen Dont Stop Me Now as his entrance music. Eliah Brenner has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brenner misses with a kick to the body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Brenner doesn't manage to clinch there - Steedman circles away.
Brenner keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Brenner pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Steedman back to the cage. Brenner follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Brenner tries to close the distance and clinch up but Steedman swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Brenner tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Brenner leaves Steedman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Steedman swats away the attempt to clinch by Brenner.
Brenner tries to clinch up but Steedman circles away and keeps his distance.

Brenner gets caught napping as Steedman dives in and scores a takedown. Brenner manages to retain guard.
Brenner wants to sweep but no luck.

Steedman postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Brenner is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Steedman, into his guard.
Steedman could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Brenner postures up in Steedman's guard and throws a big left but Steedman blocks it.
Steedman avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Brenner wanted to stand there but Steedman had control of the position.

Steedman looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Brenner is defending well. Steedman quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Brenner has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Steedman celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
