Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Krigare (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Naru Jarkko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krigare comes to the cage accompanied by Achtung Pantzer by Raubtier. Jarkko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hawaii 78 & E ala E. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Jarkko misses.
Jarkko misses with a wild body shot.

Krigare on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

and Krigare counters with a stiff right hand.
Naru Jarkko seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Krigare scoring well with a low kick there.
Krigare takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Krigare shoots in looking for a takedown. Jarkko tries to sprawl out of it but Krigare keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jarkko manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jarkko throws a body punch but Krigare moves out of range.
Jarkko looks to score with a jab to the body but Krigare is just out of range.
Jarkko stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Krigare bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jarkko is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Jarkko closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Krigare looks to move to half guard but instead Jarkko has passed into mount! Damn!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jarkko has hold of Krigare's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Krigare manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Krigare tries to lock up and control but Jarkko gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Jarkko has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Jarkko lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Krigare is trying desperately to improve position.

Jarkko postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Krigare looks a forlorn figure.
