The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Abott shoots in for a takedown but Bateman shows good takedown defense.
Abott misses with a head kick.
Bateman with a jab.
Abott takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Bateman keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Abott wants to clinch up but Bateman keeps it at a distance.
Abott shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bateman as he avoids it easily.
Patrick Bateman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Bateman lands a big head kick that sends Abott tumbling to the mat! Bateman takes a step backwards and waves Abott back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Abott is rocked!

Abott leaves his chin hanging out and Bateman seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Abott crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!

Patrick Bateman tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
