The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clones shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Clones showed some decent athleticism there.
Bum looking for submissions off his back.
Bum wants to control but Clones is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Bum slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
Clones won't allow Bum to get back to his feet.
Clones working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Clones trying to control the position from guard on top but Bum is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Bum is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Clones shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Clones was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Jimmy Clones has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Clones takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Bum clinches up with Clones and pushes him back against the cage.

Clones turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Bum manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Bum is trying to stand back up but Clones is controlling him

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bum is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Clones really is a fat lump.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Bum maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Clones could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Bum has cracked it and Clones is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Bum!
