The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lucas throws a leg kick that misses.
Lucas misses with a double jab.
Hallestrom misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hallestrom thows a leg kick but Lucas checks it
and Lucas counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Hallestrom doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Lucas throws a leg kick which misses Hallestrom's front leg but catches the back leg as Hallestrom tries to avoid it.
Lucas ducks under a wild hook from Hallestrom.

It looks like Boyd Lucas has been cut.

Hallestrom scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Hallestrom fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Lucas.

Lucas tries to score with a low kick but Hallestrom moves his leg out of the way.

Hallestrom throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Lucas.
Hallestrom tries to work over Lucas's front leg with a kick but Lucas checks it.
Lucas attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Hallestrom misses with a head kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hallestrom.
Lucas moves forwards but Hallestrom connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Lucas connects with a body shot.
Hallestrom throws a hook to the side of Lucas's head but Lucas sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Hallestrom bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Lucas takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Hallestrom throws a quick inside leg kick.
Lucas clobbers Hallestrom with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Lucas dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Hallestrom. That did some damage!

Lucas with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Hallestrom to score with a decent uppercut.

Hallestrom circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Lucas tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Hallestrom wins by KO!
