Mlodzinski comes into the arena with Enter Sandman blaring out of the sound system. MacRoberts has chosen Pretty Vacant by The Sex Pistols as his entrance music. Michael MacRoberts is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacRoberts connects with a body shot that sends Mlodzinski's belly button to the back.

Mlodzinski closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
MacRoberts wants to get back to his feet but Mlodzinski drags him back down.

Mlodzinski has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
MacRoberts lands an overhand right.
Adam Mlodzinski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
MacRoberts missing with a left hand there. Mlodzinski was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Mlodzinski is trying hard to land a takedown here. MacRoberts sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Mlodzinski with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling MacRoberts to score with a decent uppercut.

MacRoberts paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

and MacRoberts counters with a combination of strikes to the head and body that crumple Mlodzinski!

MacRoberts tries to stand but can't do so whilst Mlodzinski controls his leg.
Oh Mlodzinski is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

MacRoberts has decided to stand back up but his arm is trapped. Whilst he's worrying about his arm, Mlodzinski works to full guard.
MacRoberts would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

MacRoberts got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mlodzinski has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, MacRoberts has managed to get both his arms back between Mlodzinski's legs - danger averted.
MacRoberts prevents Mlodzinski from getting back to his feet.
Mlodzinski manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
MacRoberts wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Mlodzinski.

He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. MacRoberts looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Mlodzinski! Submission of the night perhaps?
