Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between DoDo Bird (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacob Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hill tries to clinch up.
Bird throws a head kick that half lands.
DoDo Bird seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bird lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hill takes a step back to recover.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Bird throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Bird throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Hill.
Bird swats away the attempt to clinch by Hill.
Bird cracks Hill with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Hill shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bird is trying to defend but Hill finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Hill winds up and cracks Bird with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Hill throwing shots but Bird is blocking nicely.
Bird wants to get back to his feet.

Hill is keen to just control but Bird is a slippery customer.
Bird on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bird tries to get out of the position.
Hill throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bird keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Hill stalling.
Bird is not content to let Hill control the position.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Jacob Hill wasn't active enough on the ground.
Bird scores with a jab.
Bird lands a high kick!
Bird lands with a nice body kick.
Bird connects with a right hand. Hill shakes it off.
Hill sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
Bird throws a wild body kick that Hill sees coming a mile off.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Bird avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Bird thows a body shot but no joy.
Bird scores with a jab to the body.
Hill throws a head kick that misses.
A chopping leg kick lands by Bird.
Hill closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Hill seems to be working for a kimura but Bird defends the submission attempt.
Hill looks to land a strike but Bird avoids it nicely and regains full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Bird avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Hill wants to control from the top but Bird keeps moving.
Hill is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Hill passes Bird's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Hill is keen to just control but Bird is a slippery customer.
Hill is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.
Hill wants to control but Bird is keeping him busy.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Hill is looking to stall here but Bird recovers full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jacob Hill will probably get the nod.
That's time! Bird's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Hill throws a body punch but Bird moves out of range.
Bird scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Hill tries to clinch but Bird moves out of range.
Hill wants to clinch but Bird slips to the side
and Bird counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Bird lands a high kick!
Bird lands a nice shot that snaps Hill's head back.
Hill is rocked!
Bird explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Hill is still on wobbly legs! Can Bird finish him?
Hill looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Bird is fending him off so far but Hill persists. Nope, Bird circles away and we're back to standing.
Bird catches Hill with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A head kick by Bird - that's a beauty! Hill is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even Bird can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:36 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). DoDo Bird!
