OK we're going to have a standup here. Mathias Simanov hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Cartman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Simanov tries to avoid it but Cartman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Simanov to the ground. Simanov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
