Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Hansa Georgowich!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jack King!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Fujiwara.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King throws a leg kick but Georgowich checks it.
King is looking to clinch but Georgowich is avoiding it.
Georgowich on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
King throws a leg kick
enabling Georgowich to counter with a crisp jab.
King swings for the body but Georgowich moves out of range.

King scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Georgowich to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.


Georgowich is rocked!


It looks like Hansa Georgowich has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
King throws a series of punches but Georgowich moves out of range.
Oh Georgowich is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
King tries a head kick but it misses.

King takes the fight into the clinch.
Georgowich seems to have got his legs back now.
King throws a knee to the head but misses.
Georgowich wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
King looking to slow down the pace here.
Georgowich lands with a light punch inside.


It looks like Jack King has been cut.
King taking a breather.
Georgowich lands a left hand that snaps the head of King backwards.
King doesn't land with the attempted body shot.
King wants to stall.
King with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Georgowich tries to work over King's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
King lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
King lands an elbow inside.
King cracks Georgowich with a big elbow, right in the eye socket! Georgowich drops to his knees in obvious pain! The referee starts the count but it's plainly obvious that Georgowich isn't going to get back to his feet. The referee counts none the less and King struts around the mat, safe in the knowledge that this one is over. A big win for King!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Elbows). Jack King!
