Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sean Brophy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Newbomb Turk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 25 - 13 - 1, fighting out of New York, Sean Brophy!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Newbomb Turk!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and William Peck.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brophy ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
A low kick from Turk misses
and Brophy counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Turk misses with a jab, cross combination.
Turk tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Brophy loads up on a big right hand but Turk slips the punch.
Turk lands with a right hand.

It looks like Sean Brophy has been cut.
Turk swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Brophy slips a jab and a cross from Turk.
A swing and a miss from Brophy.
Turk has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Brophy swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Turk counters with a nice right hand that sends Brophy toppling to the canvas! Brophy scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Turk finish him?!

Brophy is rocked!

A slow jab from Brophy misses its intended target.
Turk uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Brophy has time to react.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Brophy lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Turk has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Turk and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Brophy fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Turk has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Brophy catches Turk with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
A punch combination from Turk misses.
Brophy rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Turk moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Brophy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Turk doesn't seem bothered though.

Brophy tries to clinch there but Turk circles away.
Turk throws a big shot that misses.
A slow jab from Brophy misses its intended target.
A left and a right from Brophy both land. Nice combination.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Brophy swings for the body but Turk moves out of range.
Brophy pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
The fighters circling - Turk throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
No joy there for Turk, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Turk connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Brophy momentarily.
Turk moves away from the strike by Brophy.

Brophy missing with a left hand there. Turk was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Sean Brophy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Brophy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Brophy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Turk manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Turk is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Brophy would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Turk is adopting a defensive guard.

Brophy wants to get up but he can't break Turk's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Turk manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Turk looking to control but Brophy is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.
Turk avoids the attempt from Brophy to control.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Brophy gets back to half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Sean Brophy will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Turk scores with a shot to the body.
Brophy lands a nice shot that snaps Turk's head back.
Brophy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Jab, jab by Turk - just one landing.
Brophy connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Turk needs to keep his hands up - Brophy had a free shot at his head there.
Brophy steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Turk.

Newbomb Turk seems to be getting the better of the standup.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Brophy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Brophy tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Turk is able to avoid easily.
Turk throws a big shot that misses.

Turk throws a left and a right that both miss
and Brophy counters with a nice uppercut.
Turk throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

Sean Brophy's cut is getting worse.
Turk lands a right hook to the body.

Turk drops Brophy with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Brophy looks back up at him and smiles so Turk waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Oh Brophy is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Brophy gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Turk counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
