Hall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Hall has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.
Hiligaynon is working on the RNC. He looks like he's got it but Hall won't tap... Oh, he's out! The ref rips Hiligaynon off his unconscious opponent!
