Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gabriel Saraiva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and BJ Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrews has chosen Inflikted as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Gabriel Saraiva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, BJ Andrews!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Andrews shoots in and bounces Saraiva off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Andrews wants to control from the top but Saraiva keeps moving.
Andrews postures up.
Saraiva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Saraiva wants to stand and escape but Andrews is having none of it.
Andrews trying to control the position from guard on top but Saraiva is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Andrews is stalling in the full guard.
BJ Andrews has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet.
Andrews throws a right hand that Saraiva ducks under and follows up with a left that Saraiva also avoids with ease.
Andrews throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Saraiva's waist but Saraiva gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Andrews off to one side.

Saraiva scores with a jab to the body.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from Andrews is defended easily by Saraiva.

Saraiva gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Andrews is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
Saraiva controls Andrews momentarily but Andrews frees himself.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Saraiva is on top in guard.
Andrews is trying to control the position but Saraiva postures up.
Saraiva slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Andrews drives through with a takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Andrews in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Saraiva bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Andrews's guard.
Andrews can't keep his opponent in guard - Saraiva advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Saraiva not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Saraiva tries to stand and escape but Andrews actually recovers to full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Saraiva sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Saraiva stands up from Andrews's guard - Saraiva perhaps looking for a knockout.
Saraiva throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Andrews.
Saraiva misses with an attempted mid kick.
Saraiva throws a head kick that misses.
Saraiva getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Andrews shoots in but Saraiva avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Saraiva throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Andrews on the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Andrews will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Saraiva, right into the meat.
That kick from Saraiva tenderised Andrews's leg. Andrews is trying to keep his angry face on.
Andrews changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Saraiva tries to avoid it but Andrews manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Saraiva to the ground. Saraiva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Saraiva is looking to land body kicks.
Andrews moves into the clinch successfully.
Andrews jumps guard but Saraiva stands there with Andrews around his waist. Andrews gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Andrews is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Saraiva to keep the fight standing.
Andrews tries to score a body lock takedown but Saraiva shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Saraiva comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like BJ Andrews has been cut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Saraiva is pressed up against the cage. Andrews has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Saraiva down to the mat. Saraiva avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
A punch lands to the side of Andrews 's head but he takes it in his stride.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Saraiva moves into the clinch.
Andrews tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Saraiva smiles and moves away.
Andrews looks for a takedown but Saraiva sprawls well.
Andrews misses with a wild body shot.

Saraiva lands an elbow inside.
Andrews tries to pull guard but Saraiva forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Saraiva lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Andrews jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Saraiva walks away with a smile on his face. Andrews gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Saraiva sends Andrews crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Saraiva is motioning to the referee to let Andrews up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Andrews rushes Saraiva and presses him up against the cage.

Saraiva breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Saraiva lands a jab to Andrews's midsection.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Saraiva.
Andrews on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

Saraiva drops Andrews with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Andrews looks back up at him and smiles so Saraiva waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Saraiva fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Andrews, pushing him back against the cage.
Saraiva pushes Andrews against the cage. Saraiva is working some dirty boxing. Saraiva pushes off with a quick right hook! Andrews goes down! Andrews tries to stand but stumbles back to his kness! Saraiva moves in to finish and the ref steps in to prevent any more damage!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gabriel Saraiva!
A relieved looking Gabriel Saraiva thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
