The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Paul Gruel and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bermudez throws a right and a left that Panter avoids nicely.
Bermudez scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Dave Panter has been cut.
Panter throws a series of punches but Bermudez avoids them all with ease.
Panter scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Panter stalks Bermudez and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Bermudez's face. Bermudez staggers backwards, shaken.
Panter moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Bermudez is rocked!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Panter scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Bermudez is still on wobbly legs! Can Panter finish him?
Panter plants his feet and throws a 3 punch combo. Miss, miss, boom! The third punch, a big right hook, connects right on the temple and drops Bermudez to the mat, unconscious! This fight is all over! Bermudez just couldn't keep out of the way of the whole flurry of punches!
