Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Relion Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pawel Nastula (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pawel Nastula told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie shoots for a double leg takedown but Nastula sprawls well. He's pushed Gracie's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Gracie shoots in and gets a takedown into Nastula's guard.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Gracie won't allow Nastula to sweep him here.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Nastula shoots in looking for a takedown. Gracie tries to sprawl out of it but Nastula keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gracie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Relion Gracie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pawel Nastula.
Nastula changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gracie looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
