Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between William Shatner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, William Shatner !
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Coleman!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Radbod Blank and Paul Aken.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Coleman closes the distance and clinches up with Shatner , looking for a takedown. Coleman pushes Shatner against the cage but Shatner circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Coleman gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Shatner counters with a right hand to the body.
Shatner fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Coleman looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Shatner feints and then cracks Coleman's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Coleman down.
Coleman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
William Shatner has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Coleman.
Shatner scores with a jab to the head.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Shatner fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Coleman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Shatner thuds a left hand into Coleman's body.
Coleman looks winded!
Shatner scores with the left hand. Coleman knows he should have avoided that one.
Shatner scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Coleman doesn't seem bothered though.
Shatner defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Coleman.
Shatner moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Coleman takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Shatner sends Coleman crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Shatner is motioning to the referee to let Coleman up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Coleman is rocked!

Shatner lunges in with a left hook that violently twists Coleman head around and knocks him out cold! Shatner hops onto the cage and yells out at the top of his lungs - Yeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaah! They're showing the replay on the big screens now; that was nasty! I hope one of the photographers got a good shot of it.

William Shatner decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
