Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maximo Katakutan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and AkoSIii MangKanor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). AkoSIii MangKanor will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MangKanor tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Katakutan swivels and escapes.
MangKanor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Katakutan makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
MangKanor throws a nice looking combination but Katakutan bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Nice sprawl there from Katakutan as MangKanor shoots in.
Maximo Katakutan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of AkoSIii MangKanor.
MangKanor takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Katakutan really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Katakutan lands a head shot.
Katakutan moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
MangKanor tries to bum rush Katakutan with a series of wild strikes but Katakutan uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
MangKanor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Katakutan counters with a head kick that drops MangKanor to the mat! MangKanor scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

MangKanor is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Katakutan throws a powerful right kick. MangKanor tried to block low but the kick was high! MangKanor was taken right off of his feet! Katakutan jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Maximo Katakutan!
A relieved looking Maximo Katakutan thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
