Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Punk Punk (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miguel Braga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Braga has chosen Run This Town as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Miguel Braga will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

and Punk counters with a nice double leg into side control. Braga won't be happy with that.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Punk Punk.

Braga changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Punk looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Punk is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Braga's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Braga's back!

Punk is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Braga defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.

Braga manages to stand up with Punk still on his back. Eventually Punk drops to his feet and we're back in the standing position.

Punk shoots in and gets a takedown into Braga's guard.
Punk slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Punk stands and throws Braga's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Punk gets to mount! Braga was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Punk cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Braga is bucking up trying to escape but Punk cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Punk controlling the pace for now.
Punk is in the full mount, landing strikes.

Oooooh, big shot lands for Punk! Braga is hurt baaadly! Punk is firing away with more strikes - Braga is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
