Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Emerson Jorge.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Draper lands the left hand.
It looks like Lance Shorey has been cut.
Draper cracks Shorey with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Shorey looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Draper finish him?
Shorey is rocked!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Draper blocks a head kick by Shorey.
Shorey is still on wobbly legs! Can Draper finish him?
Shorey doesn't manage to clinch there - Draper circles away.
Shorey seems to have recovered his senses.
Shorey throws a lazy body kick
and Draper counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Draper pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Shorey takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Draper connects with a body shot.
Draper lands a big uppercut and Shorey crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Shorey looks OK. Draper waves Shorey back to his feet!
Shorey has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Draper.
Shorey looks winded!
Draper cracks Shorey on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Shorey falls backwards against the cage. Draper follows up with more strikes that drop Shorey to his knees. Draper keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Shorey! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gideon Draper!
