Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Snuka gets a clinch.
Snuka looking to throw knees to the head but De Ertu is blocking nicely.

Snuka ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Snuka no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

Snuka escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. De Ertu gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
De Ertu lands a heavy elbow.

De Ertu is landing with some decent strikes but Snuka is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.

Snuka closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Snuka tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but De Ertu wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Snuka is letting De Ertu control him for a moment.

De Ertu scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Snuka to see if he's OK.

De Ertu lands a left and a right that send Snuka crashing to the mat, dazed. De Ertu thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Oh Snuka is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Snuka has hold of De Ertu's hands but De Ertu slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
De Ertu has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
De Ertu is controlling the pace.
De Ertu is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Snuka!

After the fight, Nicolas De Ertu was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
