Mitchell comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Wax Simulacra kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Kevin Bishop had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, David Schapiro and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mitchell closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.

Bishop manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Mitchell on his heels. He'll look to pass Mitchell's guard now, I'm sure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Bishop shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bishop was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Kevin Bishop overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
