Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Xin Xin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivo Petric (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 20 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivo Petric!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Petric blocks a head kick by Xin.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Petric.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Petric is defended easily by Xin.
Petric throws a sloppy head kick and Xin moves out of range easily.
Petric throws a head kick that misses
and Xin counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Xin moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Petric shoots for a takedown but Xin saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Xin Xin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ivo Petric.
Petric chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Xin can pounce on him.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Petric fails with the takedown
and Xin counters with a nice kick to the body.
Petric looks winded!
A decent looking body kick lands there for Xin.
Xin moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Xin throws a head kick that Petric semi-blocks.
It looks like Ivo Petric has been cut.
Petric wants to stay close but Xin steps back to make room for something. Petric seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Xin and Petric drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
