Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris David!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Rebeto Fe!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fe defends it nicely.
Fe throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
David dives in and grabs Fe's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fe pushes down on David's head and hops out.
The fight stays on the outside here - Fe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
David shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fe as he jumps to the side.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chris David. That's going to take a lot out of him.
David misses with a takedown attempt
and Fe counters with a nice low kick that buckles David's knee momentarily.

David dives in and scores a takedown into Fe's guard.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
Fe wants to stand but David is controlling the position.
David is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fe wants to sweep here but David controlling him for the moment.
David wants to control from the top but Fe keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
David's corner is telling him to maintain position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Chris David.
Fe throws a series of strikes that have David backpedaling.


It looks like Chris David has been cut.

Fe scores with a takedown into David's guard.
David has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

David looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
David looking to hit a scissor sweep but Fe is one step ahead there.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

David throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
David pulls Fe in to control the position.
David is trying to keep Fe in close.

David has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Fe should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, David has tightened it up now! Fe should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Chris David!
