Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jack Judo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lutz Knitter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jack Judo had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Jack Judo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Lutz Knitter!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Aleksandr Martynov and Igor Prikhodko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Knitter digs a good hook to Judo's body.
Knitter digs a good body shot into Judo's ribs.
Knitter will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Judo scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Knitter really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Judo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Jack Judo dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Judo shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Knitter sprawls well. Knitter wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Judo gets slowly back to his feet.
Judo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Knitter throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Judo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
A shot to the liver by Knitter. Beautiful body shot.

Judo gets a clinch.
Knitter misses with a hook to the ribs.
Judo blocks an uppercut.
Knitter is pressed up against the cage. Judo has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Knitter down to the mat. Knitter avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Judo closes the distance but Knitter moves to the side
and Knitter counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Judo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Judo misses with a takedown
and Knitter counters with a lovely straight right hand!
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jack Judo. That's going to take a lot out of him.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Knitter creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Knitter makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Knitter digs a right hand underneath Judo's ribcage. Judo let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Knitter misses with a punch on the inside.
Judo tries for a takedown but Knitter manages to get underhooks.
Knitter misses with a punch to the body.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Judo drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Knitter lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Judo backwards.
Knitter throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Judos head.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Knitter takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Judo can't get the takedown.
Knitter lands with a short shot to the head.

Judo goes for a takedown attempt but Knitter pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Knitter throws an overhand right that drops Judo like a sack of potatoes! Knitter dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
