Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tony Stark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devon James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
12 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tony Stark!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
13 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Devon James!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James misses with a double jab
enabling Stark to counter with a crisp jab.
Crunch! Stark slams his shin into James's torso.
James fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Stark manages to avoid it.
Stark misses with a body kick.
James walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Stark checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Devon James seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Some wild striking there from Stark.
James wants to clinch but Stark slips to the side
and Stark counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
James misses with a left hand
and Stark counters with a nice body shot.
Stark swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and James counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Some wild striking there from Stark.
James shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Stark pinned against the cage. Stark gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Stark clinches with his opponent.

Stark lands a shoulder strike.
Stark digs a right hand into James's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on James's gas tank.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Stark's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Stark connects with the punch.
A right-left combo lands from James.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Nice uppercut there from Stark.
James tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Stark was well out of range. Poor timing from James.
James tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stark swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Stark is rocked!
A head kick by James - that's a beauty! Stark is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even James can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:54 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Devon James!
