The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Iverson closes the distance and pushes Miller back into the cage.
Iverson is trying to pull guard but Miller has him pressed against the cage.

Iverson's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Iverson pushes Miller up against the cage in a clinch.
Miller putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Iverson in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body.
Miller stalls.
Miller jumps guard and drags Iverson to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Iverson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Miller has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Iverson has managed to get both his arms back between Miller's legs - danger averted.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Miller had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Iverson defends it easily.
Iverson is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Miller has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Iverson is looking to defend but Miller has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Iverson! Miller pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Iverson taps out and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle). Jason Miller!
