Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Oleg Alekseev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patricius Satanae (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Alekseev comes to the cage accompanied by Imperium. Patricius Satanae will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alekseev swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Satanae.
Alekseev shoots for a double leg takedown but Satanae sprawls well. He's pushed Alekseev's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

It looks like Oleg Alekseev has been cut.
Satanae bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Satanae connects with a leg kick. Alekseev looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

and Satanae counters with a three punch combo that has Alekseev backing up. Alekseev nods at Satanae to acknowledge the strikes.

Satanae sends Alekseev crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Satanae is motioning to the referee to let Alekseev up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
