Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Edward Gamer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Schulz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gamer's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, krolithika. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gamer scores with a kick to the midsection.
Gamer misses with a jab, cross combination.
Gamer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Schulz misses with an uppercut.
Gamer takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Schulz misses with a body shot.
Schulz keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Gamer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Schulz.
Gamer fakes the leg kick and cracks Schulz in the body.
Schulz looks winded!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Gamer throws a right and a left that Schulz avoids nicely.
Gamer pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Gamer tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Schulz paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Schulz throws a combination that misses
and Gamer counters with a nice low kick that buckles Schulz's knee momentarily.
Gamer misses with a head kick.
Schulz moves out of range as Gamer throws a body kick.
That kick from Gamer tenderised Schulz's leg. Schulz is trying to keep his angry face on.
Gamer pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Gamer.
Gamer connects with a right hand. Schulz shakes it off.
A swing and a miss from Schulz.
Gamer cracks Schulz with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Gamer drives through and clinches with Schulz against the cage.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Gamer throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges.
Gamer pushes Schulz back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Gamer struggles to land a body shot inside as Schulz controls his hands.

Schulz blocks an uppercut.
Gamer lands a left hand.
Gamer lands a hook that snaps the head of Schulz backwards.

Gamer escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Gamer avoids the body shot from Schulz.
Schulz lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
A kick lands to the mid section there for Gamer.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Gamer slips a jab from Schulz.
Gamer smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Schulz avoids a kick to the body.
Schulz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gamer tries to avoid it but Schulz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gamer to the ground. Gamer escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Gamer scores with a nice right hand.
Gamer scoring well with a low kick there.

Gamer lands a big head kick that sends Schulz tumbling to the mat! Gamer takes a step backwards and waves Schulz back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Gamer doesn't manage to clinch there - Schulz circles away.
Gamer is throwing punches like he's double parked. Oh my word! Huge right hand from Gamer shuts the power down on Schulz. Lights out, game over! Gamer is your winner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Edward Gamer!
Edward Gamer decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
