Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Softy Van Hill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anton Ton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Anton Ton has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Softy Van Hill!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 9 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Anton Ton!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Valeri Chadov and Konstantin Menshow.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Van Hill throws a sloppy head kick and Ton moves out of range easily.
Ton looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Van Hill tries to clinch but Ton is having none of it.
Ton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ton wants it to stay on the feet.
Van Hill shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Ton as he jumps to the side.
Van Hill shoots for a double leg takedown but Ton sprawls well. He's pushed Van Hill's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Softy Van Hill. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Ton keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Van Hill moves into the clinch.

Van Hill's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Van Hill shoots for a double leg takedown but Ton sprawls well. He's pushed Van Hill's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Van Hill is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Ton tries to circle away but Van Hill has him pinned against the cage.

Ton decides to pull guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Ton has his hands on Van Hill's head, controlling the position.

Van Hill with a flurry of punches that miss.
Van Hill sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Ton's guard.

Van Hill trying to control the action but Ton is working from the bottom.

Van Hill is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.

Van Hill decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.
Ton stuffs the takedown attempt from Van Hill. Van Hill gets slowly back to his feet.
Ton stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Ton wants it to stay on the feet.
Van Hill shoots in for a double leg but Ton sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Ton looks to land a combination but Van Hill avoids it well.

Ton gets caught flat footed, as Van Hill shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Van Hill passes into half guard.
Ton is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Ton is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Van Hill is nestled in close to Ton, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Van Hill is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ton sees it coming and defends easily.
Ton tries to kick Van Hill off but Van Hill keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Ton is looking for a sweep. Van Hill is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Van Hill postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Ton to stand up.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Ton enables Van Hill to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Ton manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Van Hill pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Ton is keeping the position for now.

Van Hill stands and steps away. Ton gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
The fight stays on the outside here - Ton looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Van Hill is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Ton's half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Softy Van Hill dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Ton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Van Hill is fending him off so far but Ton persists. Nope, Van Hill circles away and we're back to standing.
Van Hill tries to clinch there but Ton circles away.
No joy there for Ton, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Nice sprawl there from Ton as Van Hill shoots in.

Van Hill fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Ton sprawls well initially but Van Hill persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Softy Van Hill overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Van Hill slows the pace down in half guard.
Van Hill wants to take a breather but Ton is having none of it.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Van Hill controlling the action here.

We're going to have a standup here because Softy Van Hill wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Ton moves in looking to clinch but Van Hill pushes him off.

Van Hill drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Van Hill tries to score with some ground and pound. Ton controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Van Hill is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Ton has escaped the position, nice work there.
Van Hill wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ton keeps working.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Van Hill looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Ton is avoiding damage well.
The referee asks Van Hill politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Van Hill prefers to stall for the moment though.

Van Hill has hold of Ton's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Ton seems comfortable defending it but Van Hill has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Ton is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Ton is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Van Hill couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:31 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Softy Van Hill!
