Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miklos Finklebaum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chuck Dooley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Alec Ball and Trevor Gratis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finklebaum tries for a takedown but Dooley circles away easily
and Dooley counters with an outside leg kick.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Finklebaum is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dooley gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
A frustrated look appears on Finklebaum's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Dooley manages to break the clinch.

Finklebaum closes the distance and clinches.
Finklebaum jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dooley walks away with a smile on his face. Finklebaum gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Miklos Finklebaum. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Dooley clobbers Finklebaum with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.

Dooley has picked Finklebaum up - he's going for a ride! Dooley dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Dooley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Finklebaum. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Finklebaum manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Dooley manages to get himself to full guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Finklebaum drops back, looking for a kneebar! Dooley looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Dooley looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Dooley!
Finklebaum is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Dooley's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Dooley thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Finklebaum is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dooley's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dooley's back!
Dooley is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Finklebaum off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.
