The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saurus works the jab nicely.
Ko throws a right and a left that Saurus avoids nicely.
Ko takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Saurus blocks a head kick by Ko.
Good exchange - Saurus coming out on top.
Ko drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.

Ko is rocked!
Saurus throws a hook to the side of Ko's head but Ko sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Saurus slips a jab and a cross from Ko.
Frank Saurus seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Saurus shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Saurus trying to mount his opponent but Ko defends it.
Ko is staying active underneath Saurus, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Ko is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Saurus can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Ko is looking to escape.

Ko is desperately trying to improve his position but Saurus has a good base and remains in mount.
