Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Louie Resto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hunter Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hunter Scott told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Resto on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Scott drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The strikes coming from Scott are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Scott tries to advance to mount but Resto denies him.
Scott is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

Scott has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Scott connects with a looping right hand.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Scott lands a jab to the nose.

Resto is rocked!
Scott cracks Resto on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Resto falls backwards against the ropes. Scott follows up with more strikes that drop Resto to his knees. Scott keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Resto! This one is all over!
