The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pakkinen bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
dover looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
dover tries to buck Pakkinen off but Pakkinen is having none of it.
dover gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
dover is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.

dover defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Pakkinen.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
dover blocking the ground and pound.

Pakkinen jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but dover manages to avoid the submission attempt.
dover really is a fat lump.
Pakkinen in side control, throwing shots but dover defends.

Pakkinen has worked his way into a potential kimura here. dover is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Pakkinen yanks on the arm and dover is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Pakkinen.
