Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kaito Rin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Borat Sagdiyev (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rin kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tracktor Bowling - Scars. Sagdiyev is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by The Prodigy - Firestarter. Kaito Rin has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kaito Rin!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Borat Sagdiyev!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sagdiyev looks for the body kick but Rin saw that one coming.
Rin throws a hook but Sagdiyev blocks it.
Rin jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Sagdiyev misses the shot to the body.
Sagdiyev throws a head kick that misses
and Rin counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Rin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Sagdiyev throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Sagdiyev takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Sagdiyev throws a leg kick
and Rin counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Sagdiyev moves out of range as Rin strikes.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Sagdiyev.
Sagdiyev shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rin as he jumps to the side.
Sagdiyev shoots in but Rin avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kaito Rin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Borat Sagdiyev.
Rin connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sagdiyev. Sagdiyev circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Sagdiyev is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Rin to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Rin shrugs it off.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Sagdiyev wants to control the pace but Rin is squirming around nicely.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Borat Sagdiyev hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Sagdiyev attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

and Rin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Sagdiyev shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Sagdiyev takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sagdiyev drops his hands momentarily and Rin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

The fighters circle momentarily. Rin darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Sagdiyev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Rin finds it's way round the side to connect with Sagdiyev's head.

Rin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sagdiyev moves away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Rin stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Sagdiyev swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Sagdiyev swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sagdiyev has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye.
Sagdiyev looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Rin misses with a hook. Sagdiyev ducked under it nicely.
Kaito Rin is winning the standup battle so far.
Rin moves into range and connects with a jab.
Sagdiyev shoots in for a takedown but Rin shows good takedown defense.
Rin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Sagdiyev moves away.
Sagdiyev throws a head kick that misses
and Rin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Rin lands a jab to the head.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Rin, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
