The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Maafala slips a jab and a cross from Myers.
Myers thows a body shot but no joy.
Myers throws a series of punches but Maafala moves out of range.
Maafala tries to clinch there but Myers circles away.
Myers throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
No joy there for Myers, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Maafala closes the distance and clinches.
