Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Strange Bug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiny Tim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiny Tim is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Strange Bug!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tiny Tim!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bug fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Tim has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Bug throws a nice inside leg kick.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Tim crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Bug - the referee stops the clock and Tim gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Bug. Tim manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Tim attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Bug takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bug, right into the meat.
Bug lands a nice leg kick that just misses Tim's sensitive parts.
Tim wants to land a leg kick but Bug is out of range.
Tim takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Tim throws a sloppy head kick and Bug moves out of range easily.
Tim finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Bug feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Tim's calf.

Bug throws a head kick that half lands.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Bug cracks the inside of Tim's front leg.

Tim dives in and scores a takedown into Bug's guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Tim should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

Bug escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Tim gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Bug has momentary wrist control but Tim slips an elbow through the middle.
Tim really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bug. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tim is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Tim keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bug's head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tim is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Tim works over Bug with some ground and pound from guard.
Tim stands and throws Bug's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Tim connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Bug some visible discomfort.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Tim happy to just control the position for now.
Tim landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Tim is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
Bug is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Tim's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Bug is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Tim pulls his head out easily.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Tim connects with a nice short shot to Bug's temple.
Tim is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Tim looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Bug with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Tim is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Bug is trying to control Tim's posture but Tim avoids it.
Tim controls the position from side control.
Tim scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Bug is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Tim can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
