Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Carl Panzram (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dennis Wise (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Carl Panzram!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 8 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dennis Wise!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panzram tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wise was well out of range. Poor timing from Panzram.
Panzram uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Wise.
Panzram fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Wise manages to avoid it.
Wise smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
Wise throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena.
Wise throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Panzram moves out of range of the leg kick from Wise.
Wise misses with a straight left.

A jab from Wise finds it's way through Panzram's defenses.

Panzram closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Panzram lands in his opponent's guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.

Panzram stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wise swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Panzram has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Wise bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Panzram's guard.

Panzram wants to sweep but no luck.
Wise stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Panzram swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Panzram has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Wise is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Panzram.
Panzram is looking to regain half guard here but Wise keeps moving and retains side control.

Dennis Wise seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Panzram takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Panzram stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wise.
Wise fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Panzram manages to avoid it.
Panzram lands with a hook. Wise tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.

Wise lands a left and a right that send Panzram crashing to the mat, dazed. Wise thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wise shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Panzram takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Wise sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Panzram bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!
