Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wes Fox (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Shields (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fox's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, HYFR. On his way into the cage it seems that Wes Fox has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Wes Fox seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steven Shields!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good leg kick by Fox there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Steven Shields seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Fox lands a big head kick that sends Shields tumbling to the mat! Fox takes a step backwards and waves Shields back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Steven Shields has been cut.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Shields shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fox as he avoids it easily.
Fox connects with an inside leg kick.
Shields looks winded!
Shields walks forward, straight into a front kick from Fox.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fox. Shields shrugs it off though.
Fox moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Fox lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Shields tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Fox bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Fox lands a nice looking kick to the body. Shields takes a step back to recover.
A nice inside leg kick there by Fox. That's going to slow Shields down.
A solid leg kick lands there for Fox.
Fox throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Fox. Shields shrugs it off though.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Fox lands a big head kick that sends Shields to the canvas! Fox follows up with strikes from the mount that forces the ref to step in and stop the fight!
