Watts kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Breaking Benjaim- I waill not Bow. Jack Joe has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Zach Watts's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Zach Watts!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Joe!
The judges for this bout are John Kavanagh, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joe lands a jab to Watts's midsection.
Watts bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Jack Joe seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Joe cracks Watts with a good jab.


It looks like Zach Watts has been cut.

Watts pushes Joe up against the cage in a clinch.
Joe is trying to break the clinch but Watts is controlling him.

Watts is trying to trip Joe. He has hold of a leg but Joe is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Watts persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Watts prevents Joe from getting back to his feet.

Watts decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Joe, up you get!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Donk. Joe catches Watts right on the button with a cross.
Nice cross by Joe.
Joe throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Watts stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Joe jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Watts rushes Joe and presses him up against the cage.
Watts digs a right hand underneath Joe's ribcage. Joe let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Joe is looking to break free of the clinch but Watts has double underhooks.
Watts stalling against the cage.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Watts tightens his grip and picks Joe up, before dumping him to the ground. Joe manages to land in guard.
Watts is breathing heavily.
Joe wants to stand but Watts is controlling the position.

Watts gets to his feet - Joe follows without any prompting.
Joe drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Watts right on the button. Watts goes down! Joe follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Joe gets the win via TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:36 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Joe!
A very excited looking Jack Joe made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
