PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Hoyt Jurgensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dexter Morgan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jurgensen comes into the arena with Peter, Paul & Mary - If I Had A Hammer blaring out of the sound system. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Jurgensen has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Morgan is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Jurgensen.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Jurgensen crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Morgan - the referee stops the clock and Jurgensen gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Morgan. Jurgensen manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Jurgensen. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
