Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos Oliveira (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Evans has closed the distance and engaged Oliveira in a clinch.

Oliveira shoots for a takedown but Evans saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Evans connects with a nice short shot to Oliveira's temple.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
