The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, James Atkins and James Glass.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alexander throws a nice looking combination but Van De Kamp bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Alexander throws a head kick but Van De Kamp moves out of range.
Alexander looks to land a combination but Van De Kamp avoids it well.
Alexander throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Van De Kamp.
Alexander feints and then cracks Van De Kamp's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Van De Kamp down.

Van De Kamp shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Alexander napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Alexander is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Van De Kamp is controlling him well.

Van De Kamp is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Alexander knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Van De Kamp wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Alexander, who protects the arm well.
Van De Kamp is looking to take a break and control but Alexander is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Van De Kamp has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Alexander!

Van De Kamp looking for a guillotine from mount but Alexander is having none of it.
Alexander wants to get back to his feet.

Van De Kamp is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Alexander is surviving well by controlling Van De Kamp's body position as best he can.
Van De Kamp won't let Alexander get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Van De Kamp fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Alexander is squirming around, avoiding Van De Kamp's attempts to control the action.

Van De Kamp throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Alexander has his hands clasped together but Van De Kamp breaks the hold and Alexander is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Van De Kamp!
