Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Borin Chim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kevin James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Borin Chim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Kevin James!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Chris Downing.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
That kick from Chim tenderised James's leg. James is trying to keep his angry face on.
A decent looking body kick lands there for Chim.

James drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
James looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
James looking to pass the guard.
Chim keeping moving, preventing James from controlling successfully.
James tries to free his leg and advance position but Chim is retaining full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
James is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Chim working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from James.
James preventing the sweep.
James advances position into side control!
Chim tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but James wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
James trying to control the position but Chim is working away.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Chim takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.
Chim parries the strikes from James easily there. James is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Chim to escape.
Chim is trying to improve his position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
James fails to land a wild elbow strike.
James throwing strikes but missing, from side control.
James creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Chim sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
James misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
James works to advance to full mount. Chim defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
James lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
James dominating with strikes here.
James controlling the pace for now.
James landing punches.
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, James cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
James raining down hammerfists from mount.
This has been an exciting period of action!
James misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Chim tries to hold on but James pushes him away.
James trying to control but Chim is having none of it.
James scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Chim?
Chim is looking to get to half guard.
James in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
James scoring with strikes but Chim is staying in there.
James is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Chim can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kevin James dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


James falls off balance throwing a combination
and Chim counters with a good, hard body kick but James shrugs it off.
Chim avoids the body shot from James.
A bone on bone clash there as James blocks the leg kick.
Chim connects with a leg kick. James looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
A punch lands to the side of James 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Chim dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on James. That did some damage!
James shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Chim pinned against the cage. Chim gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
James gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Chim.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The fighters circle, before Chim throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into James's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Chim lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:06 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick & Punches). Borin Chim!
