Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Duke Nukem (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Flavio Marcelo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nukem comes to the cage accompanied by Meet the Monster by Five Finger Death Punch. Duke Nukem has a significant reach advantage - let's see if he can make it count.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Marcelo gets tackled into the cage by Nukem. Nukem maintains the clinch.
Nukem looking to throw knees to the head but Marcelo is blocking nicely.
Nukem struggles to land a body shot inside as Marcelo controls his hands.
Marcelo lands a left hand that snaps the head of Nukem backwards.
Marcelo blocks an elbow strike.

Marcelo has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Nukem uses from the top position.

Marcelo escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nukem gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Nukem will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Nukem stands up over Marcelo, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

That was a close round but I would say that Duke Nukem will probably get the nod.

Nukem lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Marcelo down.

Nukem wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Marcelo, who protects the arm well.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Marcelo tries to bench press Nukem off him but Nukem keeps the position.

Marcelo is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Nukem has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Nukem just trying to survive but Marcelo is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish.
You can see the frustration on Nukem's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Nukem swings for the body but Marcelo moves out of range.
Duke Nukem is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

A chopping leg kick lands by Marcelo.
Nukem lands a nice hook to Marcelo's body. Marcelo takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.

Nice straight punches there by Nukem. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Nukem.

It looks like Flavio Marcelo has been cut.
Marcelo wants to clinch.
Nukem fails to land with a series of punches.
Marcelo is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Marcelo is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Nukem connects with a superb combination that knocks Marcelo out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Nukem before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Marcelo!
